May flowers

Well hello there. It’s been a while. May is here and we are expecting our first 80 degree day on Wednesday. I have all kinds of news to share with you.

• First we are back to the original show room. The construction went much faster than planned, which is great. It’s always nice to come home. We have been back since April 1^st.
• Sean redid the showroom. He updated the floors with new carpet, tile, Marmoleum, hardwood and CoreTec.
• The tile area has been redesigned and is much more user friendly.
• Our number one selling product CoreTec has been installed and the customer can get better feel of what it looks and sounds like once installed in their home.
• Our hardwood is located in the same area showcasing the Preverco line.
• And we still have all of our carpet lines, Mohawk, Shaw, Stanton, Dreamweaver, Dixie and NRF

It has been nice seeing our customers coming back in. Spring is here and people are in the mood to do a little something new. Tiling a new bathroom, redesigning and entry way, redoing the carpet, adding hardwood flooring, and updating their new home. I have observed that people have the tendency to purchase a new home in the spring so they have all summer to make it theirs.It is so satisfying being able to make their dreams come to reality.

Michelle has been keeping busy gathering all product information for our commercial clients. She is known as the flooring Diva and she’s earned that title. She has been drinking not so smooth smoothies and going to the gym. She is feeling the burn.

Sean has been out on the golf course. His Thursday night league should be starting soon. And we are keeping him busy with measures and appointments.

As far as me, I’m looking forward to getting my hands in the dirt. This Sunday will be my first trip to the greenhouse to plan my strategy for planting.My favorite time of year. I’m thinking red, white and blue with a touch of lime. Whatever I choose, I am always happiest when I’m planting May flowers.
